It bears continuous repeating that WiFi is more than just a method of connecting human beings in fractions of a second; it’s a simple highway for the spiritual entities that inhabit the air and human beings. And most of these entities are evil and spread chaos, especially splintered, chaotic thinking. This is why I’ve often referred to the Devil as the Prince of the power of WiFi. He’s the captain and the spirits are the foot soldiers.
I have to remind myself of this constantly.
Yesterday and yet again, I got a taste of how Legions operate. You make a statement, and a group of individuals attack it, twisting what you said in order to demonize you, and then they invite their friends.
It’s a pretty simple pattern that we’ve seen play out in corporeal conflicts like gang warfare.
I plead guilty to finding these people - online trolls - entertaining. It’s said that one should not feed trolls, but for a long time, I’ve been of the opposing opinion. You should always feed trolls because, in the end, they end up feeding you; via traffic, sure.
But they also provide something I deem very important: the ability to answer back logically. Also trolls tend to be incapable of thinking clearly and, therefore, will provide you with rhetorical weapons you can use against them.
However, these abilities are only effective if you can keep your own emotions - other than amusement - out of the mix. If you let yourself get angry or let your ego take over, it will cloud your own thinking.
I developed this … the best thing to call it is a thick skin … back in the old blogging days following the turn of the century. (Side note: it was a lot more fun when I could do some twisting of my own and edit comments.)
One reason in which I’ve dialed back my opinion that trolls should always be fed is that feeding them is a time-suck. Even when you think you’ve won, their friends will come in and start the game all over again. Legion, remember?
Therefore, I now conclude that trolls should be fed only for a limited amount of time. (Wasting time is one of the ways in which the enemy’s servants can lure you in.) Then you can block them, but I prefer the mute button on X. That way you can lure them into wasting their own time.
The Devil and his servants are always on the move and looking to devour someone. There are many ways to keep it from being you.
My method is to talk and listen to God (reading/listening to the Bible) before allowing any other communication into my eyes and ears. What’s yours?
After that, go forth and do battle but don’t forget to be a happy warrior.
And don’t be afraid.
Thank you to all who have subscribed and donated.

Love the way you worded this. Me too, Juliette!
Where do you get trolls?
