It's more common these days to spot progressives openly admitting that they are at war with reality. Are whites absolved of the sin of slavery just because some black Africans engaged in the practice? That's an idiotic claim, and I am not aware of anybody making it seriously... except for progressives who put it in the mouths of others. But every "race" has practiced slavery. It's an unalloyed evil wherever and whenever found, and if it must be cast as a "sin" then it lays at he feet of humanity.
As does torture, rape, infanticide, genocide, and every other evil dreamed up by the mind of man. Free will means the ability to recognize good and evil and choose. Progressives deny the existence of good and evil and only acknowledge tribalism.
