Tomorrow (UPDATED)

I need to raise $1000 in one day. My landlord just came by and asked for February's rent. I told him “Tomorrow.” 
 
I’ve been getting and am still getting paid subscribers. That goes immediately to rent, gasoline, storage, and utilities. However, paid subscribers need to know that I can’t get the money paid to me automatically yet. That happens when a content creator has been creating content for 90 days and when she accrues $5000 in volume. I’ve achieved the former, but the latter goal is still around $3000 away. Before those milestones are achieved, the waiting period is seven days. 

I had raised money to move from this apartment, but gasoline has eaten most of that. I have my small retirement – for which I’m grateful. 

As I said here, I plan to keep pushing, to keep building an audience using this platform. Getting my content directly into the email boxes of a willing, engaged audience seems to be the key. 

And remember, I promised this audience a “scary” story; it is difficult to concentrate on that when your landlord is knocking on your door. 

So, can I raise a grand by tomorrow? Let’s see. 

In the meantime, I’ve got more content to create.
