Thanks for bringing this to the forefront! The more I examine the words of the songs of the 60's and 70's, the more they resonate like prophecy. Of course in the sixties and seventies, it was difficult to discern the lyrics on my transistor radio. The "boob tube" was a more appropriate nickname than I realized.
