I reached 3 miles at 57:26. The audiobook of Goggins’ autobiography makes you want to push just a little bit harder
Also done this morning: abs, biceps & triceps with free weights, and planking - two sets of 60 seconds. I hate planking, but I hate that that slight hunchback I had even more.
I was done at exactly 5AM.
Let’s just say that I sleep very little.
No matter. I’m making change in body and mind. Altering one’s way of thinking is much harder than dropping weight, but I have things to do and not a whole lot of time left.
So why not?
