I’ve been pointing this out for a while without having the information that Mr. Rubini provides, and you should go check it out. But having done a less intricate study of the reshaping of CA (see links below), it’s far from surprising to me.
I don't know whether it's true that Donald Trump won CA in 2020, but I do know that the Organized Left (OL) has been shaping CA's election system into its present corrupted form since at least the 1990s.
The last true election in CA was the recall of Governor Gray Davis (D) in 2003, simultaneously electing Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger (R). Arnold was the fourth CA GOP governor in roughly a 40 year span, beginning with Ronald Reagan.
With the ways in which CA has been hollowed out since then, there was no way that another Democratic Governor would be thrown out, as was tried in 2021. The system had been too fixed.
Idiots continually talk about how we in CA got what "we voted for" while at the same time lamenting the stolen election of 2020, as if that election was the first time it was tried.
I contend that nation-wide election fraud has been going on for decades, but the process has been perfected in CA - other states also, but our state is the model.
And I will remind you again, non-Californians: your state is not safe. In fact, the hollowing out of your election systems has probably already begun while you sneer at us.

Hi, Juliette, I have come to the same sorry conclusion about all the elections of my adult life. BUT, believing so does not lead me to despair, because it assures me that We The People are not as divided as the media depicts us to be. Unity is our strength.

I don't sneer at CA .... I live in WA. They figured it out here, too. In the 2004 election for Governor, Dino Rossi (R) initially won the election. But then King County (Seattle) kept "finding" ballots that somehow, miraculously, reversed those results and Christine Gregoire (D) won by less than 200 votes. Between 2004 and 2011, WA state was completely converted to mail-in voting. And, funny enough, the state became more and more Blue. Bet you're shocked at that outcome.
