Addicted to movement
This morning, I had decided not to walk today. I was about half an hour into my walk when I remembered that decision. 🙂
I have a bit of a new routine. The previous one was six days per week. Now it’s seven days straight with a break of one day in between.
More new: I used to do my 3 miles, then get in my car and drive over to Planet Fitness to do extra things and to lie on the massage bed there for 10 minutes. Due to circumstances, I now walk straight over to PF, do my things, then walk home. This has increased my distance to 4.16 miles. I like it!
